Story:
"Somni?"

"Yes Sponsor?"

"I don't think you were being totally honest with me about this...house..."

"I...may have under-exaggerated my description of it to you..."

"You think?"

As the whispering clouds parted, out split a massive island from the sky, suspended above the calm sea and moving without a whisper itself, the secret of the clouds. And atop the gigantic island, a singular tree stood giant amongst a forest, towering in its glory and greeting the dawn with spread leaves. Skirting about the island and tree were huge crystals, humming and singing softly in the morning light, glowing lightly with hidden power. The quartet could only stand and marvel, unsure if what they were seeing was real or if they were all still asleep and dreaming back at the hotel.

The Sponsor was the first to finally will herself to speak. "Somniator, why didn't you tell us?"

The shapeless creature spun itself around her gently, its ears still folded back in guilt. "To be quite honest, I didn't think you would believe me, or if you did that you would trust to come here and see it. You have to admit, it would have been a lot harder for you to be convinced to come all this way for a floating house."

Lana gave a sour eye to Somni. "Shape-changer, it isn't a house, it is a living city! A few hundred houses can fit on that thing!"

Will grabbed excitedly at the Sponsor's arm again. "Come on, we came all this way, how about we check it out?" He coyly leaned over to Somni. "Can we check it out? You said there was a steward, would he let us see it still?"

The shape-changer nodded, finally relieved someone was willing to venture forth. "Gladly, as I said, he actually is looking for someone to take the place. It has long since been empty of the chatter of many people and he wants to see it put to better use. I wasn't lying when I said that, how this is like a kitten to him going to a good family. The fact that he has brought the island out of hiding is proof itself he wants us to visit, normally it remains hidden from mortal eyes by the crystals that protect it."

Lana once more gave Somni a cold look. "And how do you propose we get there?"

The dream creature smiled back at the cold-hearted woman. "By me, of course." And smooth as silk, Somni read into the Sponsor's mind for the easiest way to travel for them, erupting into a form familiar and also foreign to the group, a luck dragon. "All aboard!"
